Learn positive and effective strategies to deal with difficult circumstances and challenges. Depending on your needs and priorities, Bridgelight can help you build skills to reduce stress, make meaningful connections with loved ones, handle conflict, and managing anger.

Faith-Based Therapeutic Counseling

We offer professional counseling services fully integrated with Biblical principles to support and encourage the client’s faith as they find freedom and healing.

Support Groups

Low cost support groups are offered throughout the year.  These are intended to make support, knowledge, training, and encouragement as accessible as possible.  Current groups include Anxiety/Depression and Anger Management.   If you are interested in a group that is not currently offered please let us know.
